I can’t tell anyone I’m starting to diet.
Everyone will be like…”You’re going back to your disorder!!1!1!” or “You don’t need to lose weight!!1!” or “Just be healthy!!1!”
That’s my goal - to be healthy.
I want to silence those voices in my head once and for all because I deserve it.

Workout
Eat healthy
Get all homework done
Do some yoga
Color
Relax
Meal Plan for the day:
Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios with skim milk and frozen grapes
Lunch: Asian veggie burger on whole wheat bread
Dinner: whatever my mom is making; stay under 600 calories.
Snacks: Anything my mom brings home - I’ll splurge on.
Yay healthy mind set!
