I can’t tell anyone I’m starting to diet.  Everyone will be like…”You’re going back to your disorder!!1!1!” or “You don’t need to lose weight!!1!” or “Just be healthy!!1!”  That’s my goal - to be healthy. I want to silence those voices in my head once and for all because I deserve it.
